We will hold the first ever two-day cycle flea market at Eroica Japan 2023, the largest vintage bicycle event in Japan. This is the largest cycle flea market in the Chubu region, which is easy for everyone in Kanto/Kansai to participate in. We welcome all participants, even those who are also joining in Eroica Japan. The booth number is only 16, and applications will be closed when all are sold out. Don’t miss it!!

※ブース場所は選べません。出品者同士の場所交換などは当日本部にお問合せ下さい。
販売品目: 品目に制限はありませんが飲食品提供の場合は申し込み前にご相談ください。※火気厳禁

搬入搬出：搬入は早朝から可能です。搬出は開催時間内に会場周辺に車で来場しご自由に行ってください。
設営について: 希望者に1スペース大のブルーシートを無料貸出しています。テントやテーブルはスペース内に収まる物を安全に設営下さい。なお、危険な設営方法については指導やお断りをする場合があります。周辺の方々とは譲り合って設営下さい。売買トラブル、盗難、怪我など会場内でのトラブルに対しエロイカジャパンは一切の責任を負いません。不明点についてはエロイカジャパンにお問い合わせください。

When the parking lot is full, please use the nearby toll parking lot. Illegal parking is strictly prohibited.
Fee: 1 booth (1.8mx3.6m) 3000 yen per day (maximum 2 days)
*Up to 2 booths per person. *For 2 days, the fee will be 6000 yen. Example: 2 booths/2 days: 12,000 yen
You cannot choose your booth location. If you wish to exchange booth locations with other exhibitors, please inquire at the head office on the day of the event.
Items for sale: There are no restrictions on items for sale, but please consult with us before applying if you wish to offer food or beverages. No open flame.
Registration: Please pay the registration fee by credit card or bank transfer to the account below and fill out the registration form below. Applications without payment will not be accepted. Please be careful not to forget to pay.
Carry-in/out: Carry-in can be done early in the morning. Please drive to the area around the venue during the event hours to carry in and out freely.
Setup: Please set up your tents and tables safely and inside the space limits. A blue poly tarp is available for rent free of charge for those who wish to use one space. We reserve the right to instruct or refuse unsafe setups.
Please be considerate of others in the market venue. Eroica Japan will not be responsible for any problems that may occur at the venue, such as sales problems, theft, injuries, etc.
Cancellation: No cancellations will be accepted after registration.
