本規約は、エロイカジャパン（㈱EXプランニング）が主催・実施するサイクルフリーマーケット等の全イベントへの出店参加に適用されます。出店者は本規約を遵守し、安全かつ円滑な運営に協力してください。
■イベント概要
以下の項目は各イベントの開催概要に準じます。
・名称
・開催日時
・開催場所
・主催者
・出店対象
・出店にかかる費用
・出店区画
・搬入出ルール
・駐車場運用
・使用可能設備
・催行条件、キャンセル要件
・その他特記事項等
本規約と開催概要の内容に相違がある場合は、開催概要が優先します。
■損害賠償・補償
・出店者が会場設備や備品に損害を与えた場合、主催は実費相当の賠償を求めることがあります。
・参加者の財産の盗難や破損について、主催は責任を負いません。
・事故や傷害に関する補償は、主催もしくは開催元が契約する保険の範囲内で行われます。疾病は対象外とします。
・事故発生時には主催も可能な限り対応しますが、基本的には出店者・参加者自身の責任で解決するものとします。
・イベントの中止・延期・事故・天災地変その他不可抗力により生じた損害について、主催者に故意または重過失がない限り、主催者は出店者・来場者その他一切の関係者に対し、営業補償を含む一切の補償・賠償責任を負いません。
■個人情報
・主催は、個人情報の重要性を認識し、関連法令を遵守して適切に取り扱います。
■コンテンツ利用・著作権・肖像
・本イベントに関連して制作や撮影が行われた文章、画像、音声、動画等（以下「コンテンツ」）は、主催または主催が承認する団体が広報や記録、展示、出版等で自由に利用する場合があります。
・コンテンツの商用目的での無許可制作や利用は禁止します。
・コンテンツの著作権その他一切の権利は主催に帰属します。
・出店者や参加者は、申込をもって肖像権およびパブリシティ権を行使しないことに同意したものとみなされます。
■禁止行為
・主催の許可なく物品販売、営業、宣伝、広告、勧誘等の営利行為を行うこと。
・安全を損なう行為、運営の妨げとなる行為、係員の指示に従わない行為。
・主催のパブリシティ権や知的財産権を侵害する行為。
・恫喝、威圧、その他出店者・来場者・スタッフに対する迷惑行為や社会通念上不法とされる行為。
・その他、各イベントの開催概要に定められた禁止行為。
■規約の変更
・本規約は社会情勢や法令の変更、または主催の判断により改定される場合があります。
・変更内容は公式ページ等で告知され、出店者は最新の内容に同意したものとみなされます。
・変更後の規約に同意できない場合は、出店者は速やかに主催へ通知し、自らの申込をキャンセルできます。ただし、主催は出店費用の返金を行いません。

Exhibitor Regulations for Eroica Japan Events
These Regulations apply to participation as an exhibitor in all cycle flea markets and other events organized and operated by Eroica Japan. Exhibitors must comply with these Regulations and cooperate to ensure safe and smooth event operations.
Event Overview
The following items shall be in accordance with the outline provided for each event:
・Event name
・Date and time
・Venue
・Organizer
・Eligible exhibitors
・Exhibition fee
・Booth allocation
・Rules for setup and dismantling
・Parking arrangements
・Available facilities
・Conditions for holding the event and cancellation requirements
・Other relevant provisions
In the event of any inconsistency between these Regulations and the specific event outline, the event outline shall take precedence.
Liability and Compensation
・If an exhibitor causes damage to venue facilities or equipment, the organizer may demand compensation equivalent to the actual cost of repair or replacement.
・The organizer shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage of exhibitors’ property.
・Compensation for accidents or injuries shall only be provided within the scope of the insurance policy contracted by the organizer or the venue operator. Illnesses are excluded.
・While the organizer will make reasonable efforts to respond to incidents, the ultimate responsibility for resolving accidents rests with the exhibitors and participants themselves.
・In the event of cancellation, postponement, accidents, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances, the organizer shall bear no responsibility for any damages, including business losses, unless such damages result from the organizer’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Personal Information
・The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information and will handle it appropriately in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Content Usage, Copyright, and Portrait Rights
・Any texts, images, audio, video, or other materials (“Content”) created or recorded in connection with the event may be freely used by the organizer or organizations authorized by the organizer for publicity, documentation, exhibition, publication, or similar purposes.
・Unauthorized creation or use of Content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
・All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to such Content shall belong to the organizer.
・By applying to participate, exhibitors and participants are deemed to have agreed not to exercise portrait rights or publicity rights.
Prohibited Conduct
・Conducting sales, business activities, promotions, advertising, solicitations, or other commercial acts without the organizer’s permission.
・Acts that compromise safety, hinder event operations, or disregard staff instructions.
・Acts infringing upon the organizer’s publicity rights or intellectual property rights.
・Intimidation, coercion, harassment, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful under social norms toward exhibitors, visitors, or staff.
・Any other prohibited conduct specified in the event outline.
Amendments to the Regulations
・These Regulations may be revised due to changes in social conditions, applicable laws, or at the discretion of the organizer.
・Any changes will be announced on the official website or other channels, and exhibitors will be deemed to have accepted the latest version.
・If an exhibitor does not agree to the revised Regulations, the exhibitor must promptly notify the organizer and cancel their application. However, no refunds of exhibition fees will be made.
