Eチェックの検車は自転車店で行わなければならないのか？⇒ご自身でできる方は自転車店で行う必要はありません。その場合はご自身の名前を検車者欄に記入してください。
Eチェックの検車シートは提出必要か？⇒不要です。イベント期間中は保管してください。
自転車保険証書の提出は必要か？⇒不要です。ご加入の自転車保険の社名を以下のフォームに入力してください。
ご注意：Eチェックを行わない方は5/13の受付で公式メカによる検車（4400円）と自転車保険証書の原本の提出が必要になります。当日の検車は相当の混雑が予想されます。また、自転車保険の加入は大変面倒です。ぜひ簡易なEチェックをご利用ください。

エロイカジャパンではお客様の自転車の安全確認と確実なルート把握を促すため、事前チェックイン（Eチェック）をお勧めしています。また、 Eチェックを行うことにより、当日の受付での煩雑なチェックイン手続きが不要になります。なお、 Eチェックを行わずに受付される方は、当日エロイカビレッジで公式メカニックの検車（4400円）を受けていただく必要がございます。また、エロイカジャパンは自転車保険未加入の方は参加できないため、当日チェックインの方はビレッジで自転車保険の証書をお示しいただく必要がございます。未加入の場合は付近のコンビニで加入いただくなど、かなりのお手間を要する場合がございます。ぜひ簡易なEチェックシステムをご利用ください。なお、Eチェックは5月9日に終了（本ページ閉鎖）となりますので早めのお申し込みをよろしくお願いいたします。
Eroica Japan offers an advanced check-in (E-Check) service to encourage customers to check their bicycles for safety and to ensure that they know the route. E-Check also eliminates the need for complicated check-in procedures at the registration desk on the day of the event. Those who register without E-Check will need to have their bicycles inspected by an official mechanic at Eroica Village on the day of the event (4,400 yen). In addition, since Eroica Japan does not allow participants without bicycle insurance, those who check in on the day of the event will need to show proof of bicycle insurance at the Village. If you do not have bicycle insurance, you will need to purchase it at a nearby convenience store, which can be quite time-consuming. We encourage you to use our simple e-check system. Please note that e-checks will close on May 6 (this page will be closed), so please register as soon as possible.

+++ Eチェックの流れ+++
下記の自転車安全チェック（検車）シートに従って最寄りの自転車店もしくはご自分で、ご参加いただく自転車の点検を行ってください。
※修善寺のクランクベースで検車は行っていませんのでご注意ください。
※自転車店の指定はありません。
点検後、下記フォーマットの持ち物リスト、事故や転倒をした場合、ルートチェックなど各種チェック項目を確認後、フォーマットを送信すると、受信確認のメールが届きます。フォームに不備があった場合は事務局からメールもしくはLINEにて連絡がありますが、問題がない場合は特に連絡はありませんのでご注意ください。4月26日の応募締め切り後、Eチェックを行った方にエロイカジャパンライドのゼッケン番号が順次通知されますので、5月13日にエロイカビレッジにお越しの際に、ゼッケン番号と身分証明を受付に提示いただくと、ゼッケンとそれに付随する物品をお受け取りいただけます。※5月9日までに通知がない場合は下記連絡先にお知らせくださいませ。
ライド出走時に、特に検車はございません。各ライドごとに決められた出走時間の前にビレッジのスタート場所に集合し、係員がルートブックにスタンプを押印しましたら、順次出走開始となります。

Please inspect your bike at your nearest bicycle store or by yourself according to the Bike Safety Check (Bike Inspection) sheet below.
*There is no designation of bike stores that will conduct bike checks.
After the inspection, please check the list of belongings in the format below, in case of accidents or falls, route check, and various other check items, then send the format and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt. If the form is incomplete, the secretariat will contact you by e-mail or online, but please note that if there are no problems, you will not be contacted. After the entry deadline of April 26, those who have completed the e-check will be notified sequentially of their Eloika Japan Ride bib numbers. When you arrive at the Eloika Village on May 13, please present your bib number and identification to the receptionist to pick up your bib and accompanying items. *If you have not been notified by May 9, please notify us at the contact information below.
Ride departure:
There will be no specific vehicle inspection at the time of the ride departure. Please assemble at the starting point of the Village prior to the designated start time for each ride, and start the rides as soon as the route book is stamped by an official.

●緊急時の行動チェック
・転倒などのトラブルでリタイアしたい⇒本部に連絡の上、最寄りのエイドステーションで待機
※リタイア者はルート閉鎖後に送迎致します。個別送迎は一切行いません。
・事故や転倒で動けない⇒119番通報して、可能であれば本部に連絡をください。
・事故や転倒で動けない人がいる⇒119番通報して、可能であれば本部に連絡をください。
・事故や転倒で動けないが様々な理由で119番できない⇒周辺の方に救助を要請してください。
・道に迷った⇒本部に連絡してください。
※コース復帰を支援しますが、個別送迎は一切行いません。
・出走前に体調不良でコース変更希望⇒出走前までに本部にコース変更を連絡してください。完走賞の対象です。
・出走後に体調不良でコース変更希望⇒自由にコース変更可能ですがリタイア扱いとなり、完走賞はありません。
・イベント期間中に事故/転倒などで保険適用を受けたい⇒速やかに本部に連絡してください。後日の連絡については対応できない場合があります。
当イベントに参加するにあたって、会場への往復路、及びイベント中や会場敷地内で起こっ た事故やケガにつきましては全てお客様ご自身の責任となります。体調不良の場合などは無理をせず必ずリタイアをしてください。

以下のPDFの自転車安全チェック項目を確認し、以下のEチェックフォームに実施者の諸情報を実施年月日を入力して送信してください。ご自分で検車可能な方はご自身のお名前を入力してください。最寄りの自転車店などで自転車安全チェックを行った場合、実施店舗もしくは実施者の諸情報を入力して送信してください。なお、自転車安全チェックの費用は各店舗にお問い合わせください。自転車安全チェックシートの提出は必要ありませんが、トラブル発生時などに提出をお願いする場合があります。イベント終了まで大切にご保管ください。

●Required Emergency actions
1. If you want to retire due to a fall or other trouble ⇒ Contact the EJ headquarters and wait at the nearest aid station.
*Retirees will be picked up after the route closes. No individual pick-ups or drop-offs will be provided.
2. If you are unable to move due to an accident or crash, please call 119 and if possible, contact the EJ headquarters.

9. If you have an accident or fall during the event and would like to be covered by insurance ⇒ Please contact the EJ headquarters as soon as possible. We may not be able to respond to a later notice.
All participants in this event are responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the way to and from the venue, during the event, or on the venue premises. If you are not feeling well, please do not force yourself and retire from the event.
●Bicycle Inspection
Please check the bicycle safety check items in the PDF file below, and enter your information and the date of the check in the e-check form below and send it to us. If you are able to inspect the bicycle yourself, please enter your name. If you conducted the Bicycle Safety Check at your nearest bicycle store, please enter the store or the person who conducted the Bicycle Safety Check and submit the information. Please contact each store for the cost of the Bicycle Safety Check. You are not required to submit the Bicycle Safety Check Sheet, but may be asked to do so in case of trouble. Please keep it in a safe place until the end of the event.
