These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions of participation, implementation methods, and prize redemption for the “Eroica Japan × Reynolds GCT2025 Special Lottery” (hereinafter the “Lottery”) to be held at the “Grand Cycle Tokyo 2025 Multisport Event” (hereinafter “GCT2025”) on December 7, 2025. By participating in the Lottery, participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Definitions
- “Eroica Japan Cycle Goods Market Main Booth” is referred to as the “EJ Main Booth”.
- “EJ Main Booth Stamp Station” means the stamp station installed in front of the EJ Main Booth where stamps are affixed to the ticket.
- “Participant” means an individual who holds the ticket and participates in the Lottery using a LINE account.
Overview of the Lottery
- Venue: Within the GCT2025 venue, “Eroica Japan Cycle Goods Market” area (EJ Main Booth and EJ Main Booth Stamp Station)
- Organizer: EX Planning Co., Ltd., Eroica Japan Division
- Address of venue: 1-1 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo 135-0064, Odaiba Aomi District, No. block
- Period: December 7, 2025, 08:00–15:30
Article 1 (Eligibility)
- The Lottery is open only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Possess a LINE account
- Hold the ticket (postcard) distributed at the GCT2025 venue on the day of the event
- Participants who are minors must participate with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
- The ticket may be transferred; however, participation in the Lottery is limited to one (1) time per one (1) LINE account.
Article 2 (How to Receive the Ticket)
- Rainbow Ride participants will receive the ticket enclosed in the souvenir bag distributed after completing the ride.
- Other visitors may receive a ticket at the booths within the GCT2025 “Eroica Japan Cycle Goods Market” area when they fulfill the conditions set by each exhibitor, such as product purchases, test rides, or other activities (specific distribution conditions vary by exhibitor).
Article 3 (How to Participate)
- Scan the QR code printed on the ticket and add the official Eroica Japan LINE account as a friend.
- Between 08:00 and 15:30 on the day, check the digital Lottery keyword displayed at the EJ Main Booth Stamp Station.
- Enter the keyword in the chat screen of the official LINE account to receive the digital Lottery.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the digital drawing.
- The result screen of the digital Lottery will be checked by staff at the time of prize redemption.
Article 4 (Number of Draws and Handling of the Ticket)
- Each LINE account may participate in the Lottery only once.
- If a participant holds multiple tickets, the digital Lottery may be drawn only once; however, fifth-prize stickers may be received in the quantity corresponding to the number of tickets that bear a stamp.
- If the name and address fields on the ticket are not filled in, the participant cannot receive any prizes.
- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
Article 5 (Prizes and Redemption Method)
Prize Categories and Quantities (Prizes Provided at GCT2025)
- 1st Prize: One set of Reynolds tubes for one frame (excluding titanium) …… 3 winners (shipped within six (6) months to the address indicated after confirmation on the day)
- 2nd Prize: Eroica Japan jersey …… 7 winners
- 3rd Prize: Reynolds cap …… 30 winners
- 4th Prize: Reynolds & Eroica Japan Special Sacoche …… 200 winners
- 5th Prize: Reynolds & Eroica Japan Collaboration Sticker …… All participants
How to Receive Prizes
1) 5th Prize (Sticker)
- Participants must stamp their own ticket at the EJ Main Booth Stamp Station.
- After stamping, participants may receive the sticker at the EJ Main Booth.
- If a participant holds multiple tickets, they may receive stickers in the quantity corresponding to the number of stamped tickets.
2) 2nd–4th Prizes (Physical Lottery)
- A physical Lottery (garapon Lottery) will be held at the EJ Main Booth.
- Only participants whose digital Lottery result shows a winning prize (2nd–4th) are eligible.
- Prizes will be handed out at the venue according to the result of the garapon Lottery.
3) 1st Prize
- The “1st Prize Winner” screen will be confirmed at the venue.
- Participants must fill in the name and address fields on the ticket without omission.
- After confirmation on the day, the prize will be shipped to the specified address within six (6) months.

Redemption location: EJ Main Booth
Redemption time: 08:00–15:30
※Except for the 1st Prize, prizes will not be shipped. They can only be claimed at the venue.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
- Participating multiple times by using more than one LINE account
- Forgery, alteration, or fraudulent display of the digital Lottery screen
- Alteration, duplication, or forgery of the ticket
- Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Organizer
- If any of the above violations are confirmed, any winning status will be invalidated.
Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information obtained in connection with the implementation of the Lottery will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Organizer, the Organizer shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damage or disadvantage incurred by participants in connection with participation in the Lottery or receipt of prizes.
Article 9 (Amendment of the Terms)
The Terms may be amended due to changes in social conditions, laws and regulations, or at the discretion of the Organizer. The amended Terms shall become effective from the time they are announced by the Organizer.
